Are you in a hurry to make it in life? If yes, then this post is for you. In fact, it is designed to open up your understanding to one simple thing you must start to do if you want to get rich.

Today, we are in a world where everyone wants to get rich but where few are willing to find out and do what it takes to be rich. Little wonder money is in the eyes of many but in the pockets of few.

Unfortunately, many people now view the so-called short cut to wealth as the backdoor and are moving towards that direction. Many people now believe one must get their hands dirty before he or she can get rich or attain an enviable height.

You can imagine how many promising young people this mentality has sent to jail and an early grave. Yes, I agree there is a short cut to wealth but it is not in the backdoor as many people think.

In fact, it is easier and faster to become a millionaire doing what is right than doing the wrong things. You succeed faster when you are basically driven by a clear principle.

The truth is when you start to read books and listen to audio tapes on the subject of “self-development’ regularly, you will begin to see why people who are not smart and educated like you are becoming multi-millionaires.

In short, you will comprehend that wealth is not something that is difficult to acquire.

One of the greatest military commanders and most feared emperor of all time Genghis Khan, proved this when he rose from anonymity to legendary height by simply using his sterling qualities to amassed a sizable amount of fighters for his campaigns.

In fact, he was so successful in his wars that within a short time he had united many of the nomadic tribes of northeast Asia and come to power. No wonder he stated, “Success is cheap.”

He made this statement after he came to the realization that it takes little or nothing to succeed. The telephone inventor Alexander Graham Bell while describing how he invented the telephone in one of his interviews said,

“I then shouted into the M[mouthpiece] the following sentence; “Mr. Watson come here I want you to see you” To my delight, he came and declared that he had heard and understood what I said. I asked him to repeat the words. He answered, “You said-“Mr. Watson come here-I want to see you.”

Alexander Graham Bell declared, “I finally uncovered the principle for which I was searching, and I was astounded at its simplicity.”

These men of outstanding accomplishments proved that success is so cheap that even the dumbest imbecile in the most remote village on earth can have it.

It beats me to see people putting themselves through stress and doing all kinds of unimaginable things to get rich when all they have to do to accumulate riches in abundance is to do the simplest thing in the world.

No wonder one of the greatest thinkers and philosophers of all time Confucius lamented, “Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.”

After one of my seminars, a young man walked up to me and said, “Sir, how can I make big money and live a better life.” From the way he sounded, I could see that he was desperate to make money.

I studied him for a while and said to him, “By setting a million dollar goal and giving your best pair of shoes to your friend or neighbor that has none.” He was stunned and pressed for an explanation.

“Yes, if you can give your best shoes to your friend ungrudgingly,” I said to him, “then you can apply yourself to the task you have at hand.” I want you to understand that you cannot give that which your dream requires to translate to reality when your hands are tight.

Do just this one thing if you are in a hurry to make it

. Check your fist to see whether they are clench or not If you wish to accumulate riches in a genuine way and within the shortest possible time, you must first check your fists to see if they are tight or open.

You can do this by simply evaluating your dealing with people. If you discover they are clenched don’t look any further because you have just discovered the source of your financial problem.

A clenched fist cannot give and cannot receive. This makes it exceedingly improbable for a selfish person to get rich. Sowing remains the first and greatest fundamental principle of success.

This means that giving is the panacea to wealth because sowing is nothing but giving to get, investing to harvest, and applying yourself to the task you have at hand. In short, giving accelerate the speed of harvest.

Any man or woman that wishes to get rich without recognizing this fundamental principle of success [sowing] is a suspect. In fact, don’t be surprised to see the police chasing after such a person.

What relationship do selfishness and failure have?

Selfishness and failure are twins. In fact, it is impossible to see one without the other. If you are looking for a poverty-stricken person on the street to interview, interview the person that refuses to give you water to drink.

Where they are selfish people that is where you can find poverty. In fact, selfishness calls out failure as honey calls out ants. It is anathema to success because success requires nothing but our best.

Selfish people don’t give anything let alone their best. Remember, it is impossible for a man that cannot share his meal with his hungry brother to give his best seeds to the ground.

Yes, you must learn to share with others, in order to lose the habit of selfishness. A man that hold too tightly to what he has can never give is best.

If you don’t know how to stretch out your hand and open it, no matter how hard you try, you can never be in alignment with the vibration of success. Do you know that every time you give, you are energizing your innermost-self and accelerating the speed of harvest?

Thanks for giving me your time! I wish you a resounding success in you pursuits.
